1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Muslim Namaz Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About the App
Muslim Namaz Pro is an Islamic utility app that provides guidance for daily prayers, including Namaz steps, Wuzu, prayer timings, Qibla direction, and Tasbeeh.
The App is designed to be offline-first. Core features work without an internet connection once configured. Some features, such as location name lookup, updates, and performance diagnostics, require internet access.
3. No Account Required
- The App does not require registration or login
- No user accounts are created or managed
4. App Functionality & Limitations
The App provides guidance and tools for religious practice and does not constitute professional or religious rulings.
Prayer timings and Qibla direction depend on device location, sensors, and settings. Accuracy may vary.
5. Location Usage
If permission is granted, the App may access device location only to calculate prayer times and determine the Qibla direction. Location data is used temporarily on the device and is not stored or shared by us.
6. Diagnostics & Analytics
To maintain stability and improve performance, the App automatically collects limited technical data, including crash logs and basic app usage information, using Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics.
This data is used only for technical diagnostics and performance monitoring.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain your device security and system updates
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the App
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services such as Firebase and device platform services. We are not responsible for outages or failures of such services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, and branding in the App are owned by or licensed to Guru Devs Intelligence, excluding third-party and open-source components used under their respective licenses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may restrict access if these Terms are violated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Apple App Store Addendum (iOS)
If downloaded from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Guru Devs Intelligence, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- You must comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
